All things flow, all things change — fluid, unfixed, undefined, yet perceivable. What we are able to perceive is not limited to what we see; sight can be expanded by the soul, and it is the soul I most want to echo through what I make. My universe spans two cultural grammars yet belongs to neither — breathing within the negative space of the East, standing firm within the classical structures of the West — holding that the unfinished possesses its own completeness, and that silence is more honest than explanation. Every medium is a different dialect of the same language, and they all speak of the same thing: the weight of existence, and the way the soul permeates matter.
